Some of your opinions may be accurate but I noticed a few key elements not addressed in your presentation.

1. The government deals differently with people that are members of a foreign terrorist organization (Mara Salvatrucha aka MS13), you could check to see what those differences are.
2. The new president of El Salvadore has cleaned up the gangs, they are mostly in prison, probably the one you showed, so the ‘rival gang excuse’ that he made was no longer a valid ‘no deportation to El Salvadore’ reason. The asylum that you referenced states that asylum can only be granted if you fear your government, so giving him asylum for the fear of a gang might not have been legally valid.
3. In some of his encounters he was with other MS13 gang members. You don’t hang out with MS13 unless you are MS13, you won’t be allowed to, law of the street, period.
It would help if you addressed the above.
PS - How you address those that may have differing opinions says a lot about you and tarnishes your dialogue.
PPS – Many of your news sources have been lying to the American people for years, I suggest you research beyond them.
Regrettably, it seems you have fundamentally misunderstood my entire piece.
"Some of my opinions may be accurate?" Nothing in this entire piece is opinion. Regardless of your care for the the facts, this piece is representative of immigration law, which I know personally, having helped a partner navigate the ICE system after applying for asylum.
And since this piece is not opinion, but fact, it is of no matter whether Abrego Garcia spent time near, with, around, or above MS-13 members. That is not proof that a crime has been committed.
In immigration law, the burden of proof resides with the individual. Abrego Garcia was able to demonstrate his need to remain in the country. That is the relevant information, full stop.
I trust until I am given a reason not to trust, so far they have not given me a reason. Your comment could be applied to anybody, anytime. Where does trust start and stop? We can not trust and do our own research, but your comment also applies to whatever research we do. In today's world, especially with the internet, it is almost impossible to determine what is truth and what is not. So we do the best we can and our results will vary because we are all different and our reactions to whatever information we get will be different, leading to different opinions. Our opinions are not right or wrong, just different. Unfortunately our leaders use our differences to turn us against each other, and too often we comply. Sad.
The reason not to trust them is because they both have a long track record of publishing conspiracy theory bullshit intended to dupe the ignorant. You only like them and blindly trust them because they are right-wing propaganda sources that tell right-wing people what they want to hear.

Which news sources do you regard as reliable?
Hi David. Top two, Epoch Times and NewsMax.
Why do you trust them so much?
They report the facts and leave the judgements up to us.
How do you know they aren't just making up crap and presenting it as facts? Why trust them that they are being honest?

With respect, it is still entirely possible to confirm what the law says.

David; I have to leave for a ceremony for one of my daughters. We can continue at another time. Great talking with you.
