How do you know they aren't just making up crap and presenting it as facts? Why trust them that they are being honest?

I trust until I am given a reason not to trust, so far they have not given me a reason. Your comment could be applied to anybody, anytime. Where does trust start and stop? We can not trust and do our own research, but your comment also applies to whatever research we do. In today's world, especially with the internet, it is almost impossible to determine what is truth and what is not. So we do the best we can and our results will vary because we are all different and our reactions to whatever information we get will be different, leading to different opinions. Our opinions are not right or wrong, just different. Unfortunately our leaders use our differences to turn us against each other, and too often we comply. Sad.

With respect, it is still entirely possible to confirm what the law says.

The reason not to trust them is because they both have a long track record of publishing conspiracy theory bullshit intended to dupe the ignorant. You only like them and blindly trust them because they are right-wing propaganda sources that tell right-wing people what they want to hear.

David; I have to leave for a ceremony for one of my daughters. We can continue at another time. Great talking with you.
