It’s time that we stop humoring Lucas Gage by referring to him by his stage name; it’s time that we call him by his real name, Angelo John Gage.

And it’s time we stop humoring him with his claims that he has abandoned his chosen life of promoting antisemitism; it’s time that we see the real evidence that the man is using the Substack platform to make money selling the authoritarian propaganda of some of history’s most evil men.

In my open letter to Angelo John Gage on September 19, I warned him:

I hate lies and bullshit, Lucas. I got too overdosed on it last fall when people responded to my wife Sally’s 9th miscarriage, which was our 7th, and now final (we’re done trying now.) So now I just cannot stand it. No more bullshit. No more lies. You were at war with the Jews. I’ve declared the War on Bullshit.

I hated what you promoted when you were an antisemite, and I will hate what you say in the future far more if it turns out that this is all bullshit.

Well, guess what everyone?

He is still advocating here that different groups of people should separate rather than try to live in peace and universal brotherhood. Angelo John Gage may not say explicitly they should be based on race, but the end result will be the same.

Groups can coexist and choose to live together because they can mutually benefit each other through business. Within 10 minutes of my apartment I can purchase Mexican street tacos from a dozen shops, a classic eggs-and-bacon-all-Amerian breakfast from half a dozen old school diners, an Italian deli, Middle Eastern kabobs, a Chinese buffet, Southern-style fried Chicken, Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese sushi, a wonderful Indian restaurant… And that’s just a handful in a tiny Mojave desert town of fewer than 22,000 people.

All groups are “compatible” because we’re all human and we all have way more in common than we do differences. How many racists are going to refuse some Southern-style ribs because a Black man cooked them? How many antisemites with a clogged toilet would tell the Jewish plumber to get the hell out?

Please, will you do me the honor of placing a copy of Basic Economics in your palms?

Our shared needs and desires as human beings are what allow us to transcend our tribalist, ethnic, and in-group identities.

That is the basis of this pathetic publishing-company-turned-digital-media-studio. Jews, Christians, and Muslims can come together to make money together. Arabs and Israelis can trade and collaborate. People from all around the world are invited to contribute. Art and culture transcend borders, language, and religion.

And I’ve more than welcomed Angelo John Gage into dialogue here too. I am always eager and open to speak with anyone who says they have abandoned an extremist ideology — and, for that matter, anyone who hasn’t.

But at this point Angelo John Gage has blocked me from commenting on his pieces and made plenty of passive aggressive statements on Substack Notes indicating he has no intention to engage with my critiques — or seemingly anyone else’s. He has stated he does not want to deal with any “negativity” or anyone who is going to disagree with his amateur, undergraduate-level political philosophizing.

By all means, keep revealing the utter fragility of your ego and your total lack of confidence in your abilities to defend your positions.

He does not want to face scrutiny from the same investigative journalists and counter-extremism researchers who have had to endure monitoring his racist hatred for over a decade. He thinks that we’re going to just forgive and forget?

Think fucking again, Angelo John Gage, you fucking lying bastard.

Angelo John Gage, you claim to have renounced antisemitism, yet here you are attempting to sell The Green Book, by Libya’s rapist leader and child-molestor-in-chief Muammar al-Gaddafi (c. 1942 – 20 October 2011), a godless antisemite whose real purpose for maintaining power was so that he could torture, sexually abuse, and totally destroy as many girls and young women as possible.

You claim to have renounced antisemitism, yet you are attempting to make money by still selling a propaganda book by one of the dictators who financed wars against Israel.

You are promoting a brutal butcher. Gaddafi killed anywhere from 18,000 to more than 33,000 people.

Yet you claim to have renounced antisemitism?

You are a fucking fraud and it’s plain as day now.

I am outright furious that catching you revealing the unbreakable reality of your continued promotion of antisemitism came this quickly and this easily. I hoped for so much better, that it surely would be more challenging than just following a link you embed in your fucking blog like a dumbass.

Yes, the supposed reformed antisemite is still promoting and offering free copies of The Doctrine of Fascism by Benito Amilcare Andrea Mussolini (July 29, 1883 – April 28, 1945) and privately co-authored by Giovanni Gentile (May 29, 1875 – April 15, 1944). which he boasts he edited himself.

And he’s using his Substack to do it.

This sounds very familiar to those of us dinosaurs who walked the earth during Substack’s Cretaceous period back in 2023:

Who wrote under this “Ragnar Redbeard” pseudonym?

His name was Arthur Desmond (c. 1859 – January 23, 1929) and he advocated Social Darwinism. The book — whose full time is actually Might Is Right or The Survival of the Fittest — asserts that rights are a fiction and that only power (the willingness to inflict violence on others) matters. This is fascism condensed down to its caveman core.

“Authoritarianism” is just a long, fancy man’s academic way of saying the more accurate “BOOT SMASH FACE.”

This is what Angelo John Gage feels so strongly about still that he places it as the leading title in his book store.

If he was serious in his conversion then his book store would be filled with titles debunking fascism, not free copies of the evil ideology’s manifestos.

Who was Major General Smedley D. Butler?

When Major General Smedley D. Butler (July 30, 1881 – June 21, 1940) died at age 58 after 34 years in the military, he had become the most decorated Marine at the time. Angelo John Gage also served in the Marine Corps, enlisting at 17 and serving two tours in Iraq so it makes sense why he would be drawn to him.

Butler’s 1935 book War Is a Racket argues that shadowy business interests secretly drive and control wars. Here’s the description, via Wikipedia:

War is a racket. It always has been. It is possibly the oldest, easily the most profitable, surely the most vicious. It is the only one international in scope. It is the only one in which the profits are reckoned in dollars and the losses in lives. A racket is best described, I believe, as something that is not what it seems to the majority of the people. Only a small "inside" group knows what it is about. It is conducted for the benefit of the very few, at the expense of the very many. Out of war a few people make huge fortunes.

Gee, why might this narrative appeal so much to a neo-Nazi?

That’s the same false narrative antisemites have advanced for generations; they accused Jews of secretly launching wars in order to fill their money bins with gold coins.

How could Angelo John Gage be so stupid as to not pull this shit down? How could he be so stupid as to just casually link to it in his newsletter today?
