Absolutely stellar analysis.

That means a lot. Thanks. I really appreciate you.

I do not trust Vance at all, as much as I acknowledge his political skill. I don't trust his foreign-policy instincts. He has a spiteful hatred of Western Europe (that admittedly is nearly, but not quite, warranted). And he seems too slick by half. But I think it premature to call him a Russian asset, or actively antisemitic.

I hope that more evidence does not come to light in that vein, because the consequences would be rather terrible.

It is not premature. You hadn’t dug deep enough on this yet. I have. Dig deeper, Oren. You’ll find what I found.

Two words: Peter Thiel

Palantir being so deeply involved in American defense is Bayesian evidence against Thiel being a Russian asset, because it would mean a monumental failure of our counterintelligence on every level. Not impossible, just less likely.

It is clear that the Russians TRIED to compromise him, but Jonathan Buma says that Thiel reported these contacts to the FBI.

I’m not talking about Palantir. I’m talking about Epstein. That was who I named in the piece as the key connection. Why are you ignoring him and the files?

I’m telling you, Oren: I know you haven’t dug at all deep enough yet on understanding how bad this has gotten on the Far Right. I didn’t resign from IPT and shift my whole writing career to focusing on the Far Right over nothing. Open your eyes.
