Hey Alec! I've recently woken up to the fact that I've been insanely privileged in my life. Just on a whole other level. It kind of makes me feel a little bad, honestly. I live in Mexico now (born and raised in the USA) and seeing what the average middle-class family has here compared to me is like comparing a perfect banana to one that's about 4 weeks past its consumption date. Lot of great things about Mexico, and I love it here, but yeah I come from a totally different world. I'm trying to count my blessings as much as I can nowadays. Great newsletter. I've subscribed.
