Photos of the Hostages Released on Sunday and Monday
Each one of these lives has endless potential.
This is the 9th installment of the new “Axis of Genocide” series at this Zionist Substack, the successor to the “Antisemitism and Culture” series which can be read in two 30-essay collections here and here.
This new series will document and analyze the antisemitic genocidal war waged against Israel by the Hamas terrorist group and its primary supporter, the Islamic regime in Iran. The accomplices in this attempt at a second Holocaust — Vladimir Putin’s criminal-gangster state in Russia and the authoritarian regime in China — will also come in for scrutiny and loud condemnation, as will the non-state actors supporting them, particularly the international Muslim Brotherhood propaganda network, and radical activists of both the far left and the far right. Other evil states and terrorist groups will also receive scrutiny. You can find a list of previous installments at the end of this post. Thank you for your support.

Magid revealed to Kan News radio that after being captured by Hamas terrorists during the Oct. 7 mass assault on southern Israel, Krivoi was held in a building in Gaza that collapsed due to Israeli airstrikes.
“He managed to escape and hid alone for several days. He tried to reach the [Israeli] border. In the end, the Gazans caught him and returned him to the hands of the terrorists,” said Magid.
Krivoi was part of the production team at the Nova music festival near Kibbutz Re’im where at least 350 people were murdered by Hamas terrorists on Oct. 7.
His aunt said that it was out of place to separate him from the other 13 Israelis released on Sunday.
“Roni was born in Israel and grew up here, his mother tongue is Hebrew. When he was a child, his parents took care of [his] Russian citizenship, but regardless he is an Israeli citizen. This hurts us as citizens of Israel. We have been here for more than 30 years,” she said.
Magid also updated on his condition:
“I asked him if he has nightmares, [and] he said yes, but that’s good because it means he’s coping. He has a few head wounds because he was hit by a stone during the collapse of the building, but he’s fine; he’s being checked. Roni is always laughing and smiling. What gave us hope from the first day is that we know the boy, and a boy who is always smiling can manage no matter what the conditions are.”
And now a third person from the sign we tied to our fence, liberated:
Here is information about the Thai captives released:
The three Thai citizens who were released Sunday evening are: Wichian Temthong, Surin Kesungneon and Phonsawan Pinakalo. Pinakalo worked in agriculture in Kibbutz Alumim, where he was kidnapped on October 7. His friend recognized him in a video released by the IDF from the security footage from Shifa Hospital in Gaza City, in which he appeared to be injured.
And here is the list of those released on Monday:
Sharon Aloni Cunio, 34 and her twin daughters, Emma and Yuli, 3
Siblings Sahar Calderon, 16, and Erez Calderon, 12
Karina Engel-Bart, 51, and her children Mika, 18 and Yuval, 11
Siblings Yagil Yaakov, 12 and Or Yaakov, 15
Eitan Yahalomi, 12
Let’s note that this is another case of Hamas choosing to released the women and children in a family while keeping the men. Just endless cruelty and terror these godless men are inflicting.
Today Israel has received a new list of 10 hostages to be released. I look forward to the next installment of this series and hope there can be many more. The act of writing “liberated” an the date of their freedom on each poster provides a certain sense of calm amidst the chaos. We need our rituals at times like these.
