The sign holders are performative activists. They can feel so morally upright while doing absolutely nothing for anyone.

Horchata on the other hand is god’s drink. I wish I could get easily get tigernut here. I was thrilled to see some space dedicated to a little known but incredible beverage.

The Tigernut version you guys have over on your side of the globe is functionally a different drink from what I understand so far. The Mexican version here is made with rice. I’m really curious to try the Tigernut style now.

Thanks for your support, Nathalie! I appreciate you.

I discovered horchata in Spain in 1999. So refreshing on those stinky humid days. My understanding is that the Mexican version is made with rice and water and some South American versions are tigernut based. We can get tigernut milk here but it’s not as good as freshly made.

Keep exposing the wizard behind the show!

Oh, but if you hold signs, you can imagine yourself as an actor in a vast drama.

If you help clean up local crime, that sounds too much like work. So boring.

Essentially, people need to grow up and realize that it is better to make a meaningful difference than to prance around and act like people care.

If they don't hold snarky signs, who comes and writes a reminder that more serious things can and must be done?
