This is the second installment in a new series at God of the Desert Books, Hostage Liberation News, which will focus exclusively on new developments and efforts in the fight to ensure the release of the human beings kidnapped by the Islamist terror group Hamas for use as human shields.

On Monday, the IDF announced the recovery of Dolev Yehud’s body.
Hamas murdered him on Oct. 7.
Also on Monday, the IDF announced its determination that Hamas had murdered four of the hostages and now keeps their bodies: Haim Perry, Yoram Metzger, Amiram Cooper and Nadav Popplewell
On Friday, Hamas released video in which hostage Noa Argamani is believed to be heard. She says:
I am imprisoned with Al-Qassam Brigades. I have been in captivity for more than 237 days and do not know till when.
I say to the people of Israel: Have you become government partners with Netanyahu, Gallant and Gantz? Will my fate together with my colleagues be like Ron Arad’s fate?
Let thousands of women and men come out and block the streets of Tel Aviv and do not return home until we return home. Do not put our fate in the hands of Netanyahu and the War Council.
Time is running out. The people must decide. We don’t want to die here.
Moral clarity in winning this war comes by looking though the lens of this question:
What would you demand if Hamas had kidnapped one of your family members?
